APPOM JUICE

Hi friends, days are going very fast… I remember that just now September is started but we are in the last of September. Today time to post for Vegan Thursday, mostly we used to make vegan foods… So it’s easy for me to post vegan recipes. And today I made one juice for the VT; it was colourful and so tastiest juice…



I love apple a lot, so will have it often even daily too. We bought some pomegranates it was so tangy, couldn’t eat as it is, and prepared juice of pomegranate and apple with dash of strawberry essence… Its really great in taste and I just finish it in 10 seconds…;)


I did not strain the pomegranate juice as I want to have the entire fruit nutrition. But you can strain juice to get the smooth juice.

INGREDIENTS
Apple – 1
Pomegranate – 1
Strawberry Essence – ½ Tsp (Optional)
Sugar – 2 Tbsp or Required (Optional)
Water – ½ Cup


METHOD
  • Take blenders add pomegranate and sugar with little water and blend it well.
  • Then add chopped apples and dash of strawberry essence and blend it again.
  • Serve it…




NOTE
  • Sugar is optional; if your fruits are good sweet no need to add sugar or honey.
  • Add 4-5 ice cubes for chilled juice.
